Week 1
Day 1 Full Body A
- Dumbbell Bench Press 3 × 8
- One-Arm Dumbbell Row 3 × 8 each
- Dumbbell Squat 3 × 8
- Plank 3 × 30 sec
The big three, forty-five minutes. Full rest between sets — two days a week earns it.
Day 2 Full Body B
- Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift 3 × 10
- Standing Dumbbell Press 3 × 8
- Dumbbell Split Squat 3 × 8 each
- Dead Bug 3 × 10
Hinge at the hips on the deadlift — the knees stay roughly where they started.
