For you

Know before they drift. Coach plan Every subscriber arrives by entering their email on your page, so every one of them is a lead you keep. The Who’s training list on that page shows when each person last trained, by name — so a client going quiet is a line you read this week, not a cancellation you find out about next month. You get the conversation while there is still something to talk about.

Nothing to chase. One programme — sessions, exercises, sets, reps — written once. After that there is nothing to send, nobody to nag, no app to support, and nothing to import from the spreadsheet you keep now. Change the programme once and every calendar already on it follows: no new link, nothing to re-send, typically within a day. The calendar does the delivery, on their days, from their start date.

Any number of clients. The same programme feeds five people or five hundred, each on their own start date and their own training days. There is no per-client fee at any number, and the whole of it is $0: the feeds, your own page, the house media, however many people you put on them. One programme to many is what takes you past the hours you can sell in a week. Soon Price it, sell it through your own Stripe account, and keep 100%. Coach plan

Your name on everything. Not on a home screen they forget. It is in the event, on the day, at the time, for as long as they train with you — every event, on every tier — and your own page sits at your own address from the day you claim it. A prospect who lands there sees a coach who runs a system, not a coach who sends a PDF.

Hand out homework. Coach plan Every session opens into its own page, and that page can carry what you have already made: an intro video at the top, your own demo on any movement, a closing video, and up to five links — handouts, a playlist, your library. Point at the videos you already have on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive; nothing is uploaded twice. The event still reads in full without any of it.

Nothing to write first. On your shelf from day one: 84 programmes and 337 drawn movements. Start with ours, mix and make your own. A programme you write uses the same drawn movements, so every client gets the same drawing behind every play mark. On the Coach plan, put your own photo or demo video on any movement — the drawing stays for the rest.

For your clients

The whole session is in the event. Your client opens the day in the calendar they already have and the prescription is right there: the exercises, the sets, the reps, and what they lifted last week. It is text in an event, not a page that has to load, so it reads at the rack with no signal at all — they can work out in airplane mode, in a basement gym, anywhere their phone has given up.

The days you are not in the room. You see them once or twice a week and lose the rest. The sessions you are not in the room for land in their calendar the same as the ones you are — same day, same detail, nothing separate to hand out. Pick a time when the plan is added and every session gets one: an appointment with themselves, sitting in the same week as work and family. When they want you in the room, they book a 1:1 from the same page — it lands in both calendars. Coach plan

A missed day is a move. Nobody trains the week they planned. From the session page your client moves a day to their next training day, to tomorrow, skips it, or shifts everything after it — and you can move it for them from your own list. The change is there the next time their calendar refreshes, typically within a day. A missed Tuesday stops being the reason somebody quietly stops.

Nothing to install. No app, no account, no password, nothing for your client to remember. They enter an email, get one link, and the plan lands in the calendar they already open — Google, Apple or Outlook, as a separate calendar they can switch off whenever they like. One tap on the session page logs what they lifted, and the next session shows it back to them.

How it works

  1. Publish. Write the programme once: sessions, exercises, sets, reps. It lives at your own page. There is nothing to import, and you do not write it again for the next client.
  2. Share. Link in bio, DM it, or put it behind a code. The client enters their email. No seats to buy, no accounts to set up for them.
  3. They subscribe. We email them one link with one button per calendar. Sessions arrive in their calendar, typically within a day — no app for them to install and none for you to support.
  4. They train. From the event, on the days you are not there. They log a working weight, next session shows it. They tap the link in the event to mark it done, and you see who’s training — without asking anybody for it.

Better than free

The Coach plan brings private, unlisted programmes, video group calls, 1:1 bookings, and the ability to sell it all from your own branded page, keeping 100%. You see who’s training, by name, and what they’re lifting, and we tell you who’s drifting so you can act before they quit.

Everyone starts free. You’ll see the upgrade links inside. The price is US$20 a month paid yearly, US$240, or US$29 a month paid monthly, no add-ons, no commissions, no per-client fees.

See who’s training

Every subscriber comes in through the email form on your page, so the FEED tab on that page is a list of people, not a number. Who subscribed, which plan they are on, the day they started, and when they last tapped done.

Tapping done is one tap inside the session, and a working weight is a few numbers beside it. Both are written against that person’s plan, so the list is the training itself — nothing for them to install, and nothing for you to ask them for.

Most of a week happens when you are not there. The sessions you are not in the room for land in their calendar the same as the ones you are, so what comes back to you is the whole week, per person, and not the hours you were standing in front of them.

The question you would otherwise send on a Thursday — did that session get done — is answered where you already look, instead of by asking. Free, the page counts it for you: how many trained this week, and how many have gone quiet. Who trained, who did not and who went quiet, name by name, is the paid column.

A weekly email, Monday, sorted by who needs you first. Soon Anything about one client by mail. Today the list lives on your page, and you read it when you open it.

Stop chasing your clients. You build the programme. Your workouts appear in their calendar, so they know what to do and when. No more texts asking ‘did you do your workout?’, no more ‘I forgot’. You programme it. They see it. They do it.

Read this before you publish

It’s a calendar subscription, not a push. Google refreshes on its own schedule, often 8–24 hours. New sessions and edits arrive within a day. If you need same-minute changes, this isn’t the tool.

Android clients add it from a desktop. Google Calendar’s phone app can’t add a subscription. The link works from any desktop browser and syncs to the phone from there. We tell subscribers this too.

Links can be shared. A private programme is a link or a code, like any digital product. We don’t build DRM. A leaked feed is a poor copy — someone else’s start date and training days.

Your name is on every event, and on everything you share. Ours too.

Selling needs Stripe. Connecting takes a few minutes; sales go straight to your account, we don’t touch your money.

We never read your other calendar. The times you offer here are all we know.

Questions coaches ask

How does a client add it?

They enter their email on your page. We email them a link with one button per calendar. Android users open it on a desktop.

Do I get their email?

Yes, on every tier. We don’t ask clients whether you may send them other mail, so if you do, follow the law.

Where does the money go?

Soon Into your Stripe account. Checkout runs on your account, the sale shows in your Stripe, Stripe emails you, you refund there. We never hold it, and we take nothing.

What about tax?

Soon Yours, as the seller. Same as selling a PDF from your own site. Stripe Tax is a toggle on your account if you need it.

I don’t have Stripe.

You will not need one until selling ships. Connecting creates one, in a few minutes.

Can clients book time with me?

Yes. Set weekly windows on your page; they pick a slot and pay on your account.

Can I remove your branding?

No, at any price. Your name is already in every event. Ours sits alongside it.

Can I see who’s training?

Yes. The FEED tab on your page lists every subscriber: their plan, the day they subscribed, and when they last tapped done. A weekly email, Monday, sorted by who needs you first.

What’s this about weights?

The client logs a working weight from the event and the next session shows it. Soon setting it per client, from your page.

What if my client uses Android?

They add the subscription from a desktop browser. It then syncs to their phone. Tell them before they pay for anything; we do too.

Your brand

Your name is in every event, on every tier, from your first subscriber. It is not a setting you switch on, and it is not one anybody can switch off.

Your page sits at your own address with your name, your bio and your plans, and beside your name stands any figure from our library — all free. On the Coach plan that mark can be your own photo, and your own photos and video can stand in for our drawings on any movement.

Online/offline

The event is the product. The whole session is inside the calendar entry — the movements, the sets, the reps, and the weights they lifted last time — so it reads on the phone in their hand, the computer on their desk and the watch on their wrist, in Google, Apple and Outlook, in a basement gym with no signal, in airplane mode, on a plane.

One honest exception: logging a weight or tapping done needs a connection, and waits until there is one.
