Week 1
Day 1 Front
- Crunch 3 × 12
- Reverse Crunch 3 × 10
- Push-up 3 × 10
Lower back stays on the floor for both crunch movements — shoulders and hips do the travelling, never the spine arching.
Day 2 Sides
- Russian Twist 3 × 10 each side
- Side Jackknife 3 × 8 each side
- Side Plank 3 × 30 sec each side
Turn from the ribcage on the twists, not the arms. Feet down is the movement; lift them only when the position stays steady.
Day 3 Hips
- Glute Bridge 4 × 15
- Single-Leg Glute Bridge 3 × 10 each
- Glute Kickback 3 × 10 each side
- Walking Lunge 3 × 10 steps
Push through your heels, not your toes, and hold the top of every bridge for a second.
Day 4 Hanging
- Hanging Leg Raise 4 × 8
- Plank 3 × 60 sec
- Bicycle Crunch 3 × 10 each side
No swinging to buy a rep. Lower slowly — that half is where the work is.
